What we collect

Purchases: payments are processed by Gumroad (tool) and Skool (community). They share your name and email with us so we can generate and deliver your license key.
License delivery & support: we store your email and license key to provide updates and support. Delivery emails are sent via Resend.
Cookies & advertising: with your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. No advertising cookies are set unless you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can decline with full access to the site.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. Your fal.ai API key and your footage never touch our servers — generation happens between your machine and fal.ai or locally via ComfyUI.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing hello@kevinvandermarliere.com. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Belgium: the GBA/APD).

Gumroad (payments), Skool (community & payments), Supabase (license database), Resend (email delivery), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, consent-based).

Terms of Service

Product: AI Video Studio is a software tool (standalone app and DaVinci Resolve Studio plugin) for Windows and Mac. It is an independent product, not affiliated with Blackmagic Design, fal, or ComfyUI.
License: the Lifetime purchase grants one personal, non-transferable license including future updates. VFX Room membership includes a license valid while your membership is active. You may not redistribute, resell, or share license keys.
Generation costs: cloud generation uses your own fal.ai account and is billed by fal.ai directly. We have no control over fal.ai pricing or availability. Local generation via ComfyUI depends on your hardware.
Third-party model availability: AI models are provided by third parties and may change, improve, or be discontinued. We add new models over time but cannot guarantee any specific model remains available.
Warranty: the software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If AI Video Studio doesn't work for your setup, email hello@kevinvandermarliere.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full via Gumroad.

EU withdrawal right: as an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By downloading the software immediately after purchase you consent to immediate performance; our voluntary 14-day guarantee above matches this period regardless.

VFX Room membership: cancel anytime on Skool; access continues until the end of the paid period.
